Activated Carbon
An Activated Carbon Filter may be used for a variety of water-treatment applications
requiring the removal of chlorine, taste, odor, and color. Activated carbon is a form of
charcoal with high adsorptive qualities.
Birm
A Birm Filter is an efficient and economical method commonly used for the removal of iron
and/or manganese from well water supplies. Birm is a granular filter media.
Manganese Greensand
The Manganese Greensand Filter is capable of removing iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide from
from water through oxidation and filtration.
Neutralizing
A blend of filtration media used to neutralize acidic water conditions and reduce corrosive
tendencies in certain waters.
Multi-Media
The unique multi-layered feature has advantages over conventional filter beds. It is able to filter as low as
10 microns and contain substantially more sediment before pressure drop indicates that
backwashing is necessary.

Features
Softening capacites range from 60,000 through 1,200,000 grains.
Flow rates range from 28 grains per million (gpm) to 280 gpm. Fully adjustable 5-cycle control valve delivers upflow backwash,
downflow brining, slow rinse, as well as downflow rinse and service. Our softeners are easy to install, highly efficient and
cost-effective.
Brine System
Corrosion resistant polethylene construction tank includes cover with adjustable salt dosage and safety shut-off.
Optional Features
Optional features include Earthquake Zone 4 ASME code tanks, expandable up to four units, and no hard water bypass comes standard.
